We provide mobile pet grooming services delivered at your home address in Southampton and surrounding areas. Our services include bathing, trimming, styling, and general grooming care for dogs and cats.

Booking and Appointments

When you submit a booking request through our website:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• We will confirm your appointment via email within 24 hours
• The booking becomes binding upon our email confirmation
• You must ensure someone over 18 is present during the appointment
• You must provide a safe working environment for our groomer

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to illness, emergency, or severe weather
• If we cancel your appointment, we will offer to reschedule at your convenience

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due immediately upon completion of the grooming session. We accept bank transfer and cash payments. Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to pets showing signs of aggression that pose a safety risk
• Pause or terminate a grooming session if the pet exhibits extreme distress
• Adjust the service provided based on the pet's condition and behavior
• Recommend veterinary consultation if we observe health concerns

We are not veterinarians and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Our services are limited to grooming and general coat care.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Inform us of any health conditions, behavioral issues, or special requirements your pet has
• Ensure your pet is up to date with flea and tick treatments
• Disclose any previous negative experiences with grooming
• Provide access to water and electricity at the grooming location
• Secure other pets in a separate area during the appointment
• Inform us immediately if your pet becomes unwell before the scheduled appointment

Liability and Insurance

We carry professional liability insurance and take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet. However:

• We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions that become apparent during grooming
• Some older or anxious pets may experience stress despite our best efforts
• Skin conditions hidden beneath matted fur may only become visible after grooming
• We recommend consulting your veterinarian before grooming if your pet has known health issues
